Misunderstandings – from failure to success
Using our energetic integrity it becomes fairly easy to see how narrow and limiting an entrenched view of life can be. Remember that a narrow view of reality is a limited expression and experience of energy. Let’s see how we can change failure to success, simply by rearranging our understanding of what we really experience.
For example, do you have anything that you’d class as a failure in your life right now? Perhaps you’ve been passed over for promotion; missed an opportunity to appear on TV; not been able to write the book you wanted to write; or finding it difficult to get the right partner.
They’re thoughts about what you’d like to achieve. Possibilities that you’d like to see fulfilled in some way. But the potential represented by these ‘failures’ can’t be pegged down to events that you’d like to see happen. Let’s not dwell upon the non-events that are waiting to happen in a future time. Instead, let’s stay with the potential and view the ‘failures’ as a means to inspire new growth.
Congratulations, you’ve created an energy-charged physical space in which something exciting can now happen. So take a moment to consider what you are inspired to do right now – and then go ahead and do it. Don’t delay or try to think about how it can be done – just select something, and allow the energy to support whatever you’ve chosen.
If you are inspired to write then sit down and write without thinking, not judging what you write, but knowing that you can add to the writing in other inspired moments.
If you are inspired to sing then get this – it’s not just about what you hear. Sound conveys intention and consciousness … and invokes movement. So feel rhythm in your body as you sing, and be aware of what the energy inspires in you.
And if you are inspired by a vision of what this world can be like – of everyone living their fullest, doing what they love to do – then allow the energy to fulfil that vision.
Do you see? … we are incredible beings, able to work at hyper-speed on many different ideas simultaneously. Our consciousness is like a stream, leading us from one moment to the next. And when we work with energetic integrity, then we know we are always doing what we need to do (i.e. living with energetic awareness) without needing to fit conventional criteria.
The Mark of Genius

An ability to work at hyper-speed on many different projects, moving from to another without seemingly completing any of them, can be termed creative genius. Was not Da Vinci a genius in this respect? Do we not remember him for the energy and passion that he put into his sketches, drawings and paintings? Was he not prolific simply because he devoted himself to his expression?
Da Vinci’s accused failure at not completing many of his later works is only a perception – a historical interpretation. In these more modern times it’s more acceptable not to complete projects, as there are so many factors involved, beyond what’s obvious. It’s more socially acceptable to gain work experience by moving from job to job, keeping true to the energetic flow of what’s happening around us, rather than staying in situ, doing the same things.
There is no failure – only the interpretation of genius and the understanding of energy in motion. We are far beyond the traditional 5 senses that we were taught at school. Our senses assist us to know more about the universe and the quality of life that can be experienced. So we are literally developing/evolving senses in order to better interact with what is around us.
Energy interacts with us continually. We are undergoing unprecedented physiological changes, mirrored by technological advances. The Internet and mobile phones are indicators of our hyper-connectivity, of our ability to stream information, and of our evolving global consciousness.
The Abundance (part 1)

I’ve heard many people speak about abundance over the years, mainly from their observations of how to generate wealth and create a client base. Their underlying premise has been that people are concerned over how little they have, which presupposes that we only need to divert resources to us in order to have what we (think we) want.
Now I’ve never been that interested to learn other people’s techniques for acquiring wealth and attracting clients, because
- their motives are sometimes questionable,
- the level of thinking that’s provided never elevates people beyond themselves, and
- it’s all framed in the terms of getting something yourself rather than providing possibilities for all.
Energetic integrity
There is an alternative to ‘reprogramming your subconscious’ or changing your way of thinking. For me it’s all in the energetics. As someone who lives in energetic integrity I question everything that isn’t integrity based.
This series of articles then is my interpretation and description of ‘The Abundance’, knowing that it’s always going to change as we change, and yet it is a very useful approach that accelerates the consciousness of all of us, leading us to create something of value and lasting benefit, regardless of whether we profit financially or not.
‘The Abundance’ cannot be spoken of in terms of wealth creation: it has its origins in our desire to live in a totally expansive and liberated way. It’s been said many times that we already have all that we need, to create all experiences of life.
So perhaps we do what we do because the energetic fulfilment of what WE desire is all that we need to guide us.
