I travelled to Melbourne, Australia, in November 2008 to lead two courses on ‘The Creation of Health and Total Physical Awareness’. Both events were highly successful and exceeded my original intentions, which were to give people an understanding of how regeneration works and to have an energetic awareness of how reality is created.

A 3 day course: the objective was to show people how to work with essence.
This course covered -
- awareness of the subtle nature of Energy
- awareness of the unique ways in which we source, attune to, and engage with Energy
- awareness of the effectiveness of what we do, and see how to enhance that just by shifting focus
- how to go deeply into the essence of others and relate to them with that perspective
- seeing what changes when we view ourselves as eternal and immortal beings
- understanding the energetic & consciousness shifts that take place when we meet with the Earth as an eternal and immortal being
- reorientating to life as eternal and immortal beings in an eternal and immortal place
- getting the sense of what it feels like to be totally unleashed – to know what it is to speak with power and authority
We focused on -
- INTEGRITY - the need to be present and attentive to whatever is happening. You cannot be focused unless you are energetically present.
- ATTUNEMENT - the ability to tune into energy frequency, to perceive the nuances of energy movement, and understand the relationship of everything in terms of energy.
- AWARENESS – the ability to understand the potential of what can/needs to happen next in any situation. This determines the ordering of every movement, knowing that there is a timing to it all, so that we act when there is a cause for action and not because we wish it.
Everything done during the course showed us how to act with integrity. We saw that each person had a way of being that needed to be recognised and valued. One example was in watching Laila sway her body when she spoke her poetry. It was a lyrical dance movement, in which she emanated waves of energy that kept on moving out even when she finished speaking. Her intention was to shower people all around the world with love and happiness.
The course showed that, by being attentive to energy movement, we could go deeply into experiences with each other. Allowing us to engage what has been waiting to be recognised and appreciated, and realising that what we seek to hold back is really the essence of what allows us to go forward.
Here are key ideas from the course
- That we see every emotion as a call for energy movement, so that we are not entrapped by our relationship to energy or overwhelmed by its power.
- That by going deeply into energy we can understand where it comes from and what it is for, so that we do not create false realities about it.
- That we are not focused on people but on energy movement (takes away the drama).
- That, by attuning to energy, we give consciousness to it and can precipitate its movement, so that we always know how to produce the most profound outcomes.
- That we have affinity to all creation, and can facilitate changes more easily and swiftly because of the depth of our caring and the integrity with which we act.

This course showed us that we have many unique gifts waiting to be discovered. There was a lot of fun in seeing who people really are. Seeing Andriana pass on her newly discovered gift to Bouthaina was amazingly powerful: it affirmed for Andriana that energy is tangible and that her gifting of it is real and able to be passed on to others, who in turn are strengthened by the experience.
We also exploded the popular myths that are spoken as if they are true – for example, that we cannot change reality. Even when we tried to speak the myths we could feel that they are energetically restrictive and untrue.
We explored reality creation from a physical and energetic perspective. We saw that to have a shared experience requires us to go deeply into it with others, that we can reveal our totality rather than exchange a surface connection. To really get at what we are all here to share requires us to be totally unlimited, totally uncontained, and totally unleashed.
Some course experiences leave attendees thinking that they have not fully understood or taken on board all the teachings. This adventure showed people that they are already where they need to be and they only need to realise/own their mastery.
Our experience is summed up in these words -
You don’t believe it applies to you – but it does. When you get the feeling that you have arrived, that all of this applies to you, then you will get it and not lose it.

I have come to realize EVERYTHING, without Exception, IS Divine Essence/Source Energy/God, whatever you want to call it. So not only is every particle of my physical and spiritual Being, a particle of this Divine Energy, so is everything I see and cannot see, everything I eat, wear, walk on, swim in, stand in, breathe, touch, and so much more!! Everything I encounter IS God in different forms. I say “Hello God, as Rowan my dog. Hello God as my computer. Hello God as the trash alongside the road. I meet God in my anger, in diseases, illnesses, the snow buckling the ceiling above my bed this week! It gives me a kind of different perspective when I drink my water, throw away trash, get angry at my dog, or one of my plants dies. There is no death, no end, always new beginnings, yet I ponder my actions with more thought and grace than before. I wonder how often I am moving myself or being moved by the life around me. I don’t know for sure, of course, and… it keeps me believing in the Magic and Mystery of life!
I would have loved to be in your AMAZING class too! Perhaps in the Interconnected Web of Life, I was there, as a dot upon the board on which you drew your diagrams! We will never know for sure!!
