If we could REALLY get what you are saying and pointing to, the stress of life would disappear and we wouldn't keep recreating old patterns. We have seen our life stories as GOOD REASON to be sad, righteous etc etc but you can FEEL the joy to be lived now ALONGSIDE the story. If only we would pause a moment, lift our heads and start noticing what is different. We would then perceive the choice we have to live in old patterns or start partnering with what we notice is different, allow the joy to enter every cell of us, and adventure into new patterns that serve us and humanity beneficially!!!!
