Perpetual Energy

December 16, 2010

The idea of humans as immortal beings, fueled by perpetual energy, has existed in mythology only, with no physical basis for being true – until now.

still from Katy Perry's 'Firework' video

A change is taking place in human physicality. We might try to ignore it, but collectively we know that something powerful is emerging. The Katy Perry video, Firework, gives a glimpse of what is happening.

LIFE is emerging. Not just a stream of particles of light but a force of perpetual energy that is generated in us and literally bursts from us.

We will have our different views of how that power is formed – of what it looks and feels like – of how we align to the perpetual nature of energy. We will have our own experiences of how real the energy is; of whether we can coax our senses to see light emanating from people; and whether we can lock on to the nature of each person’s unique energy pattern.

My experiences, in courses that I recently led in Melbourne, have shown me that our seeing of one another does make a stunning difference. If you can see the essence of someone as a dancing flame (inside or around their body), or view them in some other equally powerful way, then they become more energised and more present in their skin as a result.

And our speaking of what we see is just as important as attuning to what is ready to be revealed.

That’s why it’s important to drop old pictures of reality – of who we think we are and who we believe others to be. For those old pictures are static, and the old stories persist only because we believe them to be true. So we must be clear about what we want to see in others, of how we want to relate to others, and of what we experience of them. We must be firm about what we choose to have as our living reality.

Pause for a moment to consider this possibility, this actuality, that we are living from a place of perpetual energy – that we are the source of that energy movement, creating new pictures of life in every moment.

“Once we get clear on this possibility of perpetual energy flow then we are able to SEE people in a different light. The world becomes imbued with what we see and we engage our physicality in a truly powerful way. Through these experiences of our newness as perpetual energy beings, we can literally charge the air around us with a real power-filled delight in being present in a world that matches our desire for it.”

For me, acceptance of perpetual energy in human physicality is a step to our collective emergence.

BBC TV produces some stunning scientific programmes, such as “Wonders of the Solar System”, a fascinating 5-part series that explores the majestic sights of our local neighbourhood through the lens of scientific explanation. It’s presenter, Professor Brian Cox, is a highly engaging guy, with an enthusiasm for portraying the gloriously imaginative that quite literally takes you to far-away places!

I got a number of things from watching the series.

That our concept of life (and the intelligence that we assign it) must continue to expand, so that we always get the biggest picture of what we’re seeing and continually grow our understanding.

Interestingly, the last programme focuses on the search for alien life. Surely a cosmic joke. Professor Cox earnestly talks about making contact beyond this world and yet the series repeatedly asserts that what we find ‘out there’ can also be found right here, on our own world. Alien life is all around us. In fact the elements that compose our bodies originate from stars. It’s the definition of alien that hinders a clear understanding of what’s already here – of who we really are. For really there is nothing alien at all – just a perspective of whatever we haven’t yet experienced or been in relationship with.

Our relationship with our environment determines our course of action and affects our view of what’s occurring worldwide (and beyond) .

The series shows some marvellous footage of one of Io’s volcanoes, where volcanic debris explodes from the moon’s surface up to a height of 500km. Io is one of Jupiter’s moons and subject to vast gravitational pulls, both from Jupiter and from neighbouring moons. But Earth too has it’s share of spectacular outages – whether natural, as with the recent Icelandic eruption, or human folly, as with the BP oil spill. The scope of these events focuses our attention on the actions that we adopt in order to adapt.

It occurs to me that we need a world committee to take effective action on anything that has global impact. And that action needs to be energetic and conscious, rather than a knee-jerk unconscious response from a company or country trying to put things right.

It’s time to engage a cosmic perspective – that we are all totally responsible for living here. That our actions must be those of a unified race,

  • whose combined initiatives keep the global eco-system in balance,
  • whose actions are for the good of all and
  • whose visions extend beyond the present moment to encompass our collective future, where prosperity is not counted in coin but is the management of all our resources.

Therefore, we would never see waste or mismanagement, for what arises from us is the authorship of world management.

When we know that our actions are part of a unified plan that calls us to interact on every level with every being, then we are in a profound relationship with all life. We cannot be individually separate from others in our thinking (and treat them as alien) because what wants to emerge is something so strong and powerful and totally embracing of all forms of life, that we are collectively forever changed.

So look again at the image of Io’s volcano and imagine the power of new life bursting its way through the undergrowth of obscure thinking, allowing us to voice a clear understanding of why we are here – in this world, in this Cosmos – understanding what we are being shown.

The need to be imaginative is paramount, for imaginative enquiry sparks our exploration of everything.

A couple of decades or so ago, it was commonly believed that all the great discoveries had been made and that there was really nothing new to know. The mindset of established academic authority required empirical proof  for anything to exist and so there were self imposed limitations on what was deemed real and accessible – on what was permitted to exist. The world of energy sensitivity was only just beginning to be explored by ordinary people … holding a possibility that there might be something more than the 5 known senses.

Nowadays it’s easier to be spontaneous and live in a world of energy awareness; to discover what inspires and excites us; to engage our creativity; and to question/examine/ponder anything and everything. The Internet has made it easy to access information and parade new discoveries. It’s allowed us to communicate globally, on a scale previously unimagined. So now we realise that we are only at the beginning of our enquiries about what truly exists in the vastness of the Cosmos. And we do that with the knowing that nothing is fixed anymore … that whatever we thought was true is already changing.

This TV series affirms our immortality. It suggests that we can rewrite what it is to be human, what it is to live. That we can imagine that life exists elsewhere and that it’s intelligence is something that we might have to align to in order to communicate with it and understand it.

We can imagine that the atmosphere found on Titan, Saturn’s largest moon, even though composed mainly of nitrogen and methane, is capable of supporting some form of life, whose nature we have yet to establish.

And we can imagine that, if bacteria can survive for millions of years beneath an Antarctic glacier, then the ice cap of Europa may contain viable living micro organisms. The nature of life, the conditions for life to flourish, and the longevity of organic life is suddenly thrown wide open.

Our power to imagine holds the key to our immortality, for we are not compelled to deal with the advice of others telling us what is possible and what we can do with our lives. We have discovered self-reliance and are now moving towards a conscious alliance with all of life.

I look again at that picture of Io’s volcanic eruption and I’m reminded of oil gushing from a well. It is a silent call to action. So I acknowledge the irony of what I see and I align with what life asks me to do. I participate. I join in the dance of the BP oil spill and whisper to all the life in the oceans that we not view this incident as an incapacitance but that marine life can utilise this abundance. I call upon the micro organisms to play their part in breaking up the oil slick; I call upon the technology to seal off this spillage; and I call upon the need for us all to work together in overseeing what is to be done now.

It has been said many times that we are one world, one life, one collaboration. Now we need to implement the actual performance of that in everything that we do, because until we do so then we will fail to feel our interconnectedness and will only perceive the apparent destruction rather than see the infinite beauty.

The infinite beauty spans the Cosmos because it all fits together as One.

* The TV series aired in the UK during March/April this year.

Do you remember that TV moment when the 9th Dr Who started his regeneration process and casually said that every cell in his body was dying? Well in June 2004 I had just such an experience.

It came on me suddenly. After the first few minutes of throwing up, I knew that the intensity of the energy shift was realigning everything in my body. In my wife’s eyes it looked like I was dying but my senses told me that each cell was bursting with a power that I’d never before experienced: each cell an exploding universe, abuzz with creation.

I had the presence to know that a doctor wasn’t required: my knowing told me to trust my own authority on this. And gradually, after three days of working with the energy, I learned something vital about human physicality – that regenesis is practical and doable.

Since then I’ve had many energy shifts, though not with the same dramatic effect. There’s good reason for that, as I’ll explain below. Not all energy shifts are deeply impactful but it helps to have an understanding of how to deal with these sometimes incredibly powerful experiences. So I’m presenting some guidance here that addresses this within the context of regeneration.

Regeneration, as I’ll talk about it, is not the same as rejuvenation (youthening). It has more to do with giving our physicality a new blueprint of possibilities, and imbuing our lived reality with every conceivable opportunity that is right for us to live into.

Our interpretation of what we think we are experiencing determines how we feel. My friend Tanya describes an experience -

Intense migraine for 2 days, tried everything that I could think of not to have it go through my physical body but it didn’t work. Finally had a brilliant idea and asked: ‘Is this for me and is this how it’s supposed to be?’ answer: YES. So sat down in my expanded cosmic state and allowed that energy to come through, just surrendered to it. It lasted 3 hours and was actually a blissful experience. At the end of it, I saw this HUGE CONSCIOUSNESS that asked: are you ready now? I said YES and I stepped into it and it into me and there was a sense that this had been wanting to happen for a very long time but I had been resisting it. A whole new level of my being.

Ah the sweet pressure of resistance! My experience is that resistance is just habitual reaction, arising from fear and wanting to stay with the familiar. When you understand and accord with what is happening, then you can relax and there is no need for further discomfort.

So here’s a brief checklist for pressure around the head, inside the head, on the shoulders, etc.

  1. Is this self-created? It’s easy to create confusion, especially if you feel tired, or hear or see something out of context. If it’s self-created then acknowledge was has happened, smile, relax and dispel the energy. :)
  2. Ask if it’s really yours. You may be tuned into someone’s energy, so you need to be aware of the level at which you are operating (e.g. being critical or empathic), what you are tapped into (e.g. pain), and why you are doing that (e.g. you want to take away people’s pain). If this energy is not yours then let go of the connection and change your modus operandi – more below.
  3. Decide to have the energy experience in the way that suits you best. Perhaps easy and graceful!!
  4. Be expansive: imagine yourself vaster than the energy and able to partner with it and become it.
  5. Stand in the power of the experience and allow yourself to be recharged/regenerated.
  6. Be appropriate. If you feel that you are called to be a transformative force, then be it. Be true to what you are called to do and don’t try to think what that should be.

Sometimes a more consistent pain develops in one or more areas. Here is a strategy for that.

  • Drop any habitual ideas that you’ve carried around regarding the pain.
  • Consider that your body is a vast source of intelligence where pain is just an indicator for regenerative action to take place.
  • Decide you can easily receive and understand the messages being sent from these areas.
  • Attune to the areas and send back signals that indicate you are ready to engage.
  • Be the Cosmic Force that you really are and take the action that is required.

Just bringing your attention to those places in an entirely original way can make a difference. A friend had a burn on her leg that wasn’t healing up as it should. I asked her if she wanted some help with it. Her experience was that ‘healing’ started when I put my attention to her leg and before my hands moved towards the burn. In her words -

You paid full attention to the physicality of my body and I felt my body respond in a way of truly knowing itself and becoming new substance. There was a very clear image of skeins and strands and threads. As you put your hands over the area, it all integrated and settled into a normality of fluid movement.
We realised that the slowing down of the healing of my burn was directly related to the beliefs I had around it. Directly related to my disappointments when I looked at it or somebody told me it was infected. I thrilled when I grasped my concept of new substance so clearly that there was still an expectation … an expectation that my leg would be whole.

So how to harness this regenerative force that is literally at our fingertips? The answer is simple – become it!!  Here is an exercise for that.

Drop all your beliefs – every single one of them. Drop any thoughts that you are a human being. Drop your knowing of how possibilities become actualities. And release all knowledge of how life looks here.

Expand your presence and become an unknown being who accesses unlimited energy. Let the unknown dance in the light of your eyes. Let your consciousness dance in the space of new beginnings. Experience something new in this moment. Don’t try to question what that is – let it show you what is possible.

Then breathe the possibilities of this newness and let it settle into your lived reality.

You go beyond any normal boundaries that you may have set yourself, you sidestep any beliefs, and you enter the realm where anything is possible. You then ensure that your lived reality has complete access to amazing limitless potential, where your focus is the miraculous in action.

Press the Play button to hear the exercise.

This realm may be familiar to you. You may go there occasionally and remember how powerful you feel and how exuberant life looks when you are in that space. But when you drop away the pretence of trying to fit in with human normality you see that it is perfectly fitting to live in this relatively expansive state of consciousness.

So see yourself as a cosmic force,  the power of regeneration, an immortal being, or whatever you feel called to become. You define the nature of the experiences that you wish to enjoy and embody. You craft your relationships with energy.

You arrange that your energy shifts can come in a manner that is graceful, easy and most conducive to your well-being. Do not ask to be hit on the head in order for you to get wise and also do not expect energy rushes/surges to be painful – that is just habit again. You control the level of the intensity of whatever you wish to experience and can ensure that transformational change is subtle. It is entirely in you to decide all of this.

The power of regeneration rests in our unfettered and unlimited declaration of what we say is so.

Dame Professor Jocelyn Bell Burnell, Astrophysicist, said on the BBC TV series ‘Beautiful Minds‘ recently – “sometimes you have to abandon the picture and be open to new experiences. If we assume that we’ve arrived then we stop searching“.

She was talking about the impact that radio astronomy has made to our knowledge of the universe, literally exploding the biggest picture of what we think we are seeing and sensing. In her view, the zest of enquiry that challenges the status quo is not only a good thing, it’s what gives us momentum.

New experiences that expand us are manna: they are the fuel for growth and evolutionary movement, the stuff that drives us to understand all manner of things in a more brilliantly comprehensive way.

As she points out, there is no holy grail of absolute truth or end goal to achieve. What she doesn’t mention though, is how/why we should see our roles differently. For when we change our thinking about who we are then we get insight on what we might possibly do together.

Consider, for a moment, that you and I are not human beings. That we don’t have to deal with ‘stuff’: that we are neither broken nor lost nor incomplete in any way. That in our reality everyone is living the most amazing life possible (regardless of what they might think or say about it), and it’s our job to enhance this reality, to show what can be consciously achieved.

So let’s feel the power behind these assertions and get clear on what we are being offered in this world. We are whoever we say we are. We define our presence. We can change our thoughts about our physicality – in order to be the most productive and effective that we can be.

For we are more than humanity … more than the promise of humanity … more than the evolution of human beings. We are the future, consciously being born.

Professor Burnell adds, “we are children of the stars – we are made of star stuff“. Although she is referring to the physical elements from which we are made, she might easily have mused that we are the cosmic consciousness from which stars are born and life is created.

Feel how important it is to get that and to drop all that we’ve inherited about our race – that we are just human beings, limited by culture or creed or genes. As Professor Burnell advises, abandon the picture of whatever we have conceived, in order for a new orientation to take place.

Once we factor in this cosmic sense of ourselves it becomes easier to makes radical changes. Our gift is to discover what each of us is here for: to know what gives us the space to expand, the momentum to transform, the understanding that leads us to our next step.

Now we can change our ideas around mortality and dare to consider what immortality offers.

Immortality is not a condition to be achieved – it’s a space of creative possibility where we work wonder upon the face of all creation.  [to be continued]

There’s something wonderful about the promise of youth, with its laughter, joy and innocence. Amazing things happen. You know stuff without being told; you hear the thoughts of others simply because you can; and you do magical stuff because that’s who you are.

Now some might say that the spell of youth diminishes with responsibility or that magical fantasy reality can’t exist in the ‘real’ world. But that’s only their story. In this vastly creative and imaginative world, the spell of youth beckons: kids are encouraged to discover and exercise their potential; there are many outlets for their adventurous spirit; and they are more likely to be living their true worth than past generations.

Yet in older generations, the spell of youth is resurfacing in those who had put aside their birthright – for the gift of eternal beingness will no longer be shut away.

I look at my own life and notice what dampened the force within me for a while. I can see -

  • when my authority was questioned
  • when I took actions that compromised my integrity
  • when my thoughts created a life that I felt I had to follow
  • when I couldn’t relate magical wonder with lived reality

It didn’t stop me from pursuing an adventurous lifestyle but for many years, from my teens until late thirties, there was always something missing, until the day I signed up for a Shiatsu course and began to discover natural skills and abilities way beyond my lived experience.

I found there was power in my voice: I had energy and vitality when I spoke what really mattered. I discovered a world of energy through my fingers. And I laid the foundations for my own body of work, from my willingness to question all that I believed to be true. The simplicity and magical serenity that I enjoyed as a young child was restored completely, for again I danced with everything – but this time I had the authority to shape my life and create the reality in which I walk.

I write this because, as I said earlier, there’s something wonderful about the promise of youth, for it is the doorway to amazing possibilities. I know that every child born now can live their potential and maintain their energetic integrity, simply by living the fullness of themselves and unfolding their own vision of life.

Babies have consciousness before coming into physical form -  tap in to their eternal nature and enquire about what is really there – get the potential of what you are connecting with rather than use an outdated assumption that they have no consciousness.

Children are born with a natural rhythm. By helping them to live that rhythm, we can all delight in the beauty of what is eternal, forever changing. For what maintains the integrity of all of us is our willingness to change it all and be whoever we choose to be.  [continuation]

Immortal Being (4)

April 2, 2010

I am a being that is eternally young -
I am wildly, vastly creative -
I am the embodiment of all that I desire.

I AM ETERNAL AND IMMORTAL.

On my 50th birthday I told my wife that I was going to live for ever. Her immediate response was “I don’t think I want to do that” and then proceeded to list her reasons why she would be living a ‘normal’ span of years. At the end of it I remember saying, “But you don’t understand … I’m opening the gates to something new.”

Back then I didn’t have the language to describe what I felt but I knew it had nothing to do with age:  it was the possibility of having the consciousness to experience eternity. I didn’t know what would happen if I died but I suspected that I would be completely lucid in passing back to non-physical beingness.

Hah!  Little did I know that three years later I would have a near-death experience, where my thought “so this is how it ends” came as I was repeatedly rammed against a wooden fence by an irate cow. No I didn’t die, but it started my research into physical embodiment. I had exploded a thought barrier about what death was and now I wanted to find out what life could be, in all its glorious possibility.
I had a vision of a new physicality emerging.

Just a few days ago I picked up my old copy of ‘Starseed Transmissions’, written by Ken Carey back in 1978, and flicked through some pages. I came across  -

“Let yourself die to the past and wake up in the present moment … Let yourself die to all that does not really exist and discover what does.”

“To those who have (at)tuned themselves … the coming interval of non-time will literally expand into eternity.” **

He was right. Our human sense of time has changed: a natural rhythm has been established that allows for synchronicity and a deepening appreciation of whatever we choose to experience. We have learned about energy, explored the nature of consciousness, talked with non-physical beings, understood how telepathy works, developed inner knowing, found how to live ecstatically, and realised that we no longer have to hold on to anything. For everything that we experience is creatable. Everything that we need exists here right now. Not in any other time. Not in any other reality.

I, and many others that I personally know, have lived the equivalency of many ‘normal’ lifetimes in the span of just a dozen or so years. Back in the 1990′s you were lucky to find people who had open hearts. I remember sitting in a full restaurant one day with Soleira, my wife, and I realised that we were the only two in the place: everyone else was spiritless, there was no consciousness or feeling of aliveness in all the people around us. We were the only ones there.

Life has accelerated much since that moment. It is no longer a series of sequential planned steps to follow. Our awareness has become multidimensional and multi-layered. We know things that we have never been taught during our human ‘education’. We have discovered that we are the expression of energy and that we can design the reality that we wish to embody.

Stop for a moment, keep your eyes open. Expand your awareness from your centrepoint and notice its endless reach. Do you notice pain and suffering, disease or want? Of course not. You are not these thoughts, you do not look at creation in that way. For you are the force of possibility of life flourishing in the vastness and in the minute. You are the eternal, forever new in every swirl of movement.

You and I – are we one or are we many? Let us say that we are collective consciousness, the intelligence and wisdom of the Cosmos: a consciousness that has connection to all life and allows us to dance in any possibility that we choose.

So whatever happens in our physical form is viewed with insight and creative possibility. Our physical relationship with life is no longer a progression towards death – it’s become a delightful enquiry about what can happen next, as we expand our knowing of what is possible, and collapse the historical thinking of what was thought to be true.

I am eternally young. I am immortal.
I am the breath of the wind that journeys in this eternal place called home.

Immortal Being (3)

March 28, 2010

When I started this enquiry about immortality, I did some background reading around the subject and collated my thoughts about what I’m seeking to achieve. But it’s so intangible, for what I’m trying to touch and understand continually reshapes my thinking around it.

I’m seeking to understand how we can create the most amazing relationships to/with all life.
I’m seeking to reshape our thinking around physicality.
I’m seeking …

A close friend of mine mentioned that she had a pain in her lower back. It had persisted for about 9 months and nothing that she did could alleviate the ache. So I tuned in to what the pain represented and found the image of a dragon trying to uncoil itself. “It seems,” I said to her, “that a beautiful dragon is wanting to emerge from inside you. You need to develop a relationship with it.”

Now the dragon is a mystical and magical force. When we talk about it in terms of energy movement then what we are really saying is that we have an unfettered potential to achieve anything that we set ourselves to achieve. Not to daydream about how life can be – but to stand exultingly bold in our relationship with ourselves and declare proudly and passionately what we are here for.

I recall one of my definitions of an immortal – ‘any supernatural being who is the personification of a force’. Notice the wording. It is not common (yet) for people to talk about themselves as forces – and yet they are. A power and a force of amazing consequence. If people would realise the power and the beauty that they constantly keep in check then they would be devastated at what they are keeping from the world. If only they dared be the dragon force that they really are, and see (through dragon eyes) the mystical and marvellous force of enchantment that is this world, then they would engage with it all differently.

What are you here for, I say to you? What are you willing to cast aside and leave behind forever? Will you cast aside all thoughts that would keep you bound and stifle your creativity? Will you explore the unknown with a carefree smile and light flooding through your being?

Are you willing to explore the realms of the dragons and other immortal forces, and discover that the magical and the miraculous are a living normality?  [continuation]

Immortal Being (2)

March 24, 2010

Information about our world, our solar system, and the Cosmos has exploded over the past few years. Amazing information has poured through the Internet, changing our ideas about what we thought was true, and expanding our pictures of reality.

Many people are getting more insightful access to what fuels their growth. And unsurprisingly these insights allow us to develop a more clearer bigger-picture view of what’s going on.

What fuels my growth? That’s easy – it’s my enquiry into everything: the getting of answers to the biggest of questions and then making practical use of it all. Currently, I’m fascinated by the physical possibility of immortality. Something compels me to better understand what is possible, how we can experience the magnificent power of that possibility, and then what to do with that knowledge.

So let’s return for a moment to those definitions of an immortal being in my previous article. I’m vastly interested by indefinite growth, knowing that aging is only a perception and an interpretation of change, whereas indefinite growth is our body’s response to unrestricted energy movement.

I’ve experienced a vast shift in past years through expanding my relationship with life. Instead of seeing myself as a human being with a barely perceptible energy field, I’ve become a limitless flow of energy. My energy field is the cosmos, my consciousness flows through all of it. My lived experience is to know myself as a blend of the physical and the non-physical in a perfect union. And the physical effect of that is a relaxed sustainable rhythm that’s unaffected by the passing of time.

I may go through physical changes and energy shifts but essentially my focus is upon growth: the potential for the amazing and the unimaginable to occur.

So, I wonder, if there’s a correlation between the regeneration cycle of Turritopsis nutricula (the immortal jellyfish) and the possibility of us as humans enjoying endless growth, as we explore the boundless potential of life through the lens of our evolving physicality. It seems that we are not really considering eternal youth or returning to a previous stage of our lives. We are considering something different.

To really enjoy the succulent invitation behind this promise of immortality, we must put aside any preconceived ideas about what dying is, as a process, and be ready to enter into a new covenant with life.  [continuation]

Immortal Being

March 22, 2010

“What the heck is that?” I hear you ask. “Is it a creature from a sci-fi movie?”

The photo is of a jellyfish species named Turritopsis nutricula, a creature no more than 4-5 mms wide. It’s cited as the only animal known to achieve biological immortality.

“Really!!” you exclaim. “You mean it lives forever?”

Well … theoretically … scientists claim that it has that potential. Here’s what’s known about its regeneration. When it reaches sexual maturity it has the ability to revert back to its adolescent (polyp) stage and renew its life cycle – effectively indefinitely – assuming that it doesn’t get eaten by predators or succumbs to disease. Through a cell development process called transdifferentiation, it is believed that some cells change their function, thereby altering the original life cycle.  [source: Wikepedia]

It’s a tantalising story that raises a host of questions, such as, what prompted the creature to develop this process? Why haven’t other life forms evolved their own path to immortality? And what do we actually mean by immortality?

So let’s take a deep breath, let go of any scepticism we may have, and be ready to expand our thoughts of the cosmos.

Well start with the last question. The word immortal, I’ve found, has some interesting definitions, including -

  • that which is capable of indefinite growth
  • one who is not subject to death
  • any supernatural being who is the personification of a force, and
  • having no limits or boundaries in time or space or extent or magnitude.

Can you hear me purring with delight?  To me, all of that describes our potential.

During the last 15 years, some of the greatest achievements in transformational change have been around -

  • the recreating of ourselves: discovering our potential and choosing to live that
  • discovering that we can shape our reality through the spirit of enquiry (rather than letting our reality shape us)
  • cultivating energy awareness: defining life in energy terms: finding out what fits and letting go of what doesn’t resonate
  • revising our ideas about time and space: being present: ensuring our thoughts do not define or limit what we do
  • dedicating ourselves to conscious collective action

The results of these changes have been -

  1. To stimulate a desire in us to take responsibility for our physicality, including full ownership of our bodies, and gain a better understanding of what our bodies are saying to us.
  2. Better communication, as we explore what we already feel and know to be true.
  3. Energetic wholeness and sustainability, as we consciously remake ourselves.
  4. Energetic freedom from living in the present – and not living in the past or in the future.
  5. To live for something that’s more than personal self ambition.

All of this points to a renaissance in human thinking/being. If we can have more awareness of the nature of physical transformation, and orient to it as a good thing to fully master, then perhaps we can learn how to consciously modify our physical functioning with unquestionable precision and authority. And that requires evolutionary vision.   [continuation]
